TELEVISITS

Dr. Mauroner continues to offer online medical visits, or “televisits”. During the early months of the  Covid-19 pandemic, most insurance companies covered this service. This is no longer the case with most insurance companies.

Televisits will be provided but the patient must contact their insurance company to inquire about coverage in advance of the appointment. It is solely the patient's responsibility to contact the insurance company to determine coverage. The patient will be required to pay in advance of any televisits unless written confirmation from the insurance company is submitted.
